The 15kV Silicone Rubber Suspension Insulator (Model: FXB-15-70CC) is built for heavy conductor loads— a gap in standard suspension insulators— with a specified mechanical load (SML) of 70kN (≈7,000 kgf). It features a fiberglass composite core (35kN routine test load), six pollution-resistant silicone rubber sheds (98mm diameter), and double clevis end fittings (hot-dip galvanized, ≥86μm). At 365±10mm tall (200mm dry arcing distance, 450mm creepage distance), it’s designed for 15kV overhead transmission lines, substations, and industrial high-voltage systems.
