In August 2024, a client from Bhutan inquired about 132KV 90KN suspension composite insulators, providing detailed technical requirements, including:  

- Structure height

- Minimum creepage distance

- Minimum arcing distance

- Rated voltage 

- Mechanical load

- Power frequency withstand voltage 

- Lightning impulse withstand voltage  

Recognizing the client’s professionalism, our engineers analyzed the data and matched it with our existing molds. We designed a product drawing that exceeded the client’s specifications and advised against creating a new mold for an identical product. This approach reduced costs while maintaining superior performance.
